STATEMENT IN RESPONSE TO THE OPENING OF THE TOTALITARIAN CASTRO REGIME’S EMBASSY IN THE UNITED STATES.

Miami, Florida. July 1st, 2015- Cuban Democratic Directorate. Before the announcement of the opening of Castro's embassy in the United States, the Cuban Democratic Directorate states:   "Opening of a diplomatic office in the United States without the Castro dictatorship having made the slightest move of political openness and the continued brutal crackdown of the Cuban opposition only contributes to the consolidation and legitimization of an oppressive regime…”   "Although events like this are difficult for lovers of freedom, this is the time to intensify the struggle. The Cuban Democratic Directorate calls on all forces of resistance inside and outside Cuba to redouble their efforts. The hope lies in the decision to support the Cuban people." ###
