Annan speaks about human rights, Castro’s regime violates them September 20th, 2006, Cuban Democratic Directorate – According to information from the AFP news agency, Kofi Annan, Secretary-General of the United Nations, called for “an end to repression against opposition groups and means of communication,” before the delegates to the Non Aligned Movement (NAM) Summit in Havana this past weekend.
